Requirement Materials :

Here are the materials we need to draw this picture.

  • White paper
  • Pencil
  • Pencil sharpener
  • Eraser
  • Color Box
  • Tissue paper

Step 1 –

Drawing the Giraffe’s Head, Face, and Nose.

Begin by taking a white paper and drawing margins around it, leaving about half an inch of space. Next, draw a rectangle on the white paper to represent the giraffe’s head. Inside this rectangle, draw another smaller rectangle with some parts inside and some outside. The inner rectangle will form the giraffe’s nose, while the outer part will create its face.

Step 2 –

Adding the Giraffe’s Neck, Ears, Hair, and Horns.

Now, let’s draw the giraffe’s neck. Extend one of the parallel lines from the head, slightly bending it to create the giraffe’s chest. For the ears, draw two beautiful ear shapes on either side of the head, resembling the leaves of a tree. On top of the head, sketch a tuft of hair, and then add two horns, similar to antennae, above the ears.

Step 3 –

Drawing the Giraffe’s Legs.

To draw the giraffe’s legs, we will add four parallel lines under its body. The front legs will be in front of the chest, while the back legs will be behind it. Complete the legs by drawing the hooves under each leg.

Step 4 –

Creating the Body and Tail.

Continue by curving the back of the giraffe, and bending the top line of the neck in a parallel straight line. Once curved, draw a beautiful tail at the back of the giraffe and add a bunch of hair at its end.

Step 5 –

Adding Color to the Giraffe.

Now comes the fun part – coloring! Use yellow color to fill in the entire body of the giraffe. Color the legs, neck, face, horns, and head with yellow. Remember to leave space between the ears, as we will use a different color for them.

Step 6 –

Enhancing the Giraffe’s Hair.

Color the giraffe’s hair brown to enhance its beauty. Apply the brown color over the yellow hair from the head to the neck, making sure to stay close to the appropriate areas. The giraffe’s body color should resemble that of a tiger.

Step 7 –

Detailing the Hooves, Tail, Nose, and Eyes.

Use black color for the hooves of the giraffe’s legs, its tail, and its nose. Draw the giraffe’s face with a smiling expression, using black color to make two dots for the eyes and eyebrows above them. Fill in the space between the ears with a brown color.

Step 8 –

Creating the Environment.
