Step 1 –

Draw the Apple Shape.

To start, grab a white sheet of paper. Create margins around the paper, leaving about half an inch of space on all sides. This will help you draw the apple evenly and centered on the page. Now, draw the apple shape in the middle of the paper.

Step 2 –

Add a Branch and a Leaf.

Next, draw a narrow branch on the apple, slightly longer than the apple itself. Don’t forget to add a leaf on top of the branch. You’ve seen trees and leaves before, so this should be an easy part!

Step 3 –

Draw the Insect Inside the Apple.

Let’s add the charming insect inside the apple. Draw the insect in a way that it appears to be sticking to the apple. Make sure to give the insect a bigger neck, and draw its head accordingly. Imagine the insect enjoying the view outside the apple, looking happy and curious.

Step 4 –

Give the Insect a Hat and Eyes.

Now, it’s time to dress up our little insect friend! Draw a stylish hat on its head and add a small flower on the hat for extra cuteness. Create circles to represent the insect’s eyes, and add some expressive eyebrows above the eyes. With this hat, the insect is all set to enjoy the view from the apple!

Step 5 –

Color the Insects and Apples.

Grab your coloring materials and let’s bring some life to our drawing. Use a bright yellow color to paint the apples and the insect’s body. Ensure that the yellow shade is light and not too dark. Leave the insect’s eyes blank for now, as we’ll use a different color for them later.

Step 6 –

Color the Apple Green.

Now, let’s add a touch of freshness to the apple by coloring it green. Carefully apply the green color over the yellow area of the apple, making sure not to go beyond the apple’s outline. This step will give the apple a raw and natural appearance.

Step 7 –

Paint the Branches, Leaves, and Insect’s Hat.

To make the apple look half-ripe, rub a green tissue paper on the turmeric used on the apple. Now, let’s get creative with the insect’s hat. Use yellow, blue, and pink to color the hat. Apply yellow on the top, blue in the center, and pink adjacent to the insect’s head. Finally, add an orange hue to the flower on the hat for a beautiful finish.

Step 8 –

Detail the Eyes and Add Borders.

Give the insect’s eyes a rich black color, just like in real life. With the help of a black marker, add borders around the apples and the insect. Draw the veins in the middle of the leaf using black color. This will make the drawing stand out and look more polished.
