Independence Day Picture Drawing Step By Step, Independence Day Drawing Competition 2023. India became independent on 15th August 1947. Here we have highlighted the independence of India. Gandhiji’s contribution to the history of India’s independence is incomparable. If the footsteps of a great man like Gandhiji did not fall on the soil of India, India may not have been independent even today. Many people gave their lives in the freedom struggle of India. Gandhiji was an ideal great man. He was non-violent all the time. He never resorted to violence.

Today we will draw a picture of Gandhiji. We will paint the sky orange and the ground green. The national flag of India usually has three colors. That is why we will give three colors to Gandhiji’s background. Since we painted in the evening. So we will paint the whole picture of Gandhiji in black. Let’s start drawing this independence day picture, little friends. Here are some easy and simple steps to draw an independence day drawing.

Requirement Materials :

Here are the materials we need to draw this picture.

  • White paper
  • Pencil
  • Pencil sharpener
  • Eraser
  • Color Box
  • Tissue paper

Step 1 :

Drew the margins with the help of masking tape.

Now we need a musking tape. With the help of masking tape like margin size, we left out half an inch around. You don’t need a scale rule pencil to draw a margin here. When you draw this type of image, the automatic margins will be drawn when the masking tape is removed.

Step 2 :

Paint the sky orange.

First, you will soak the sky with water with the help of a brush. Add a little more water to the top of the white page, so that the color spreads around as soon as the color is applied. Where water was given, paint the water orange in such a way that the color spreads all around. Give more orange at the top of the white page and light orange at the middle.

Step 3 :

Paint the bottom green.

Add a little more green to the bottom of the white page. There was water on the white page before coloring so the green color would spread easily. If the water dries out then you add a little more water to the bottom and paint it green, then you will see that the color spreads easily. Just like we did in the picture above.

Step 4 :

Dry the whole color with the help of a hairdryer.

Now spread the color from right to left with the help of a brush. Spread the color in such a way that you know that white, green, and orange are different. Orange, white and green is given here because the national flag of India has three colors. Then dry the whole color with a hairdryer. Dry the color very carefully so that the page does not burn.

Step 5 :

Draw a picture of Mahatma Gandhi.

First, you have to draw a picture of Mahatma Gandhi’s head. Then draw his dress. He did not use weapons. He was a moderate type of person. Mahatma Gandhi never used clothes. But in winter he has to use clothes. Mahatma Gandhi knew that cold is a big problem. Although Mahatma Gandhi did not wear clothes in summer, he used to wear sheets in winter. You will draw in the same way as we draw on the sheet.

Step 6 :

Write Happy Independence Day.

This picture is for Indians. On Independence Day, all Indians remember Mahatma Gandhi. So we, the little Indians, drew this picture for our brothers and sisters. The minds of Indians are very simple in nature. That is why after 200 years of subjugation to the British, the independent Indians are happy today and are spending their days. So tomorrow we will write Happy Independence Day with the help of a marker pen.

Step 7 :

Paint Gandhiji’s whole body black.

Give black color to Gandhiji’s whole body. Paint very carefully because he is Mahatma Gandhi. He is a great man, so don’t paint in such a way as to recognize Mahatma Gandhi. Then We will draw some bushes in the two corners of the white page with the help of black color. Now remove the masking tape. See what a beautiful white margin has been painted.
