1. Draw eyes.
First, take the drawing paper. Draw margins evenly around the drawing paper. Then draw round shape eyes and draw eyeballs by making small circles inside the eyes.
2. Draw upper eye tentacles, mouth, and body.
Pull two lines downward from the eyes and draw the two upper eye tentacles. Then make the body of the snail with two curved lines. And draw the mouth with curved lines.
3. Draw mantle and shell.
Draw the mantle with two curved lines again on the body of the snail. Then draw the shell on the mantle making the circular shape.
4. Make design of the shell.
Make the design by drawing lines on the snail’s shell. Don’t draw the lines too close, leave some space in between.
5. Color the body and eye tentacles of the snail.
To color, the body and eye tentacles of the snail, use green color. Give the dark green color very nicely on the body and eye tentacles.
6. Color the top and bottom parts of the shell design.
Do the dark brown color on the top and bottom part of the shell design, and keep the side design blank.
7. Color right and left side design of the shell.
We will do dark yellow color in the design of the right and left parts of the shell. Do the yellow color very nicely. You can do other colors if you want.
8. Color the ground.
We will paint the soil on the bottom of the snail a light brown color, not too dark. The snail is sitting on the ground.
9. Color eyes and highlight the picture.
Give the dark black color to the eyeball of the snail. Do white color around the eyes. Finally, highlight the picture of the snail very nicely with a black marker pen. After highlighting our drawing is complete. Hope you have also made snail pictures very easily by following our tutorial.
