Boston led by 12 points in the third quarter, but Milwaukee came back and took a 116-113 lead with 7.4 seconds remaining in regulation.

The Celtics scored the first five points in overtime to take a 121-116 lead, but the Bucks rallied with a 15-4 run to win 131-125.

Jrue Holiday led all players with 40 points and hit some massive 3-point shots late in the game, including one that gave Milwaukee a 127-125 lead with 25 seconds remaining in OT.

The Celtics have a 41-17 record and still lead the NBA standings with one game remaining before the All-Star break.

The Celtics' loss trimmed their lead over the Bucks for first place in the Eastern Conference to just a half game.

The season series between the two teams is now tied, and the third and final meeting will be on March 30 in Milwaukee.

The winner of that game could have the tiebreaker and get the higher seed if the teams finish tied in the standings at the end of the regular season.

Derrick White scored 27 points, 12 assists, and three steals in 43 minutes and kept his hot streak going against the Bucks.

Mike Muscala, who was acquired by the Celtics at the trade deadline last Thursday, poured in 10 points in the first five minutes of Tuesday's matchup.
